Deep Tissue Massage
Massage is an effective tool for managing stress which translates into: Decreased anxiety. Enhanced sleep quality. Greater energy. Improved concentration. Increased circulation. Reduced fatigue. Deep Tissue Massage can also help specifically address a number of health issues or muscle concerns that you may have. You can add your own text or use mine.
Swedish | Lite Massage
Most of my clients opt for a Swedish Massage as it can alleviate low-back pain and improve range of motion.
Enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body’s natural defense system.
Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles.

Therapeutic Sports Massage
This is something I used to offer. Your services might be different. "Therapeutic sports massage is a type of massage technique that focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational activities. Sports massage has become an integral part of the new athletic regimen from sports medicine clinics, to college training rooms, to professional locker rooms to Olympic training. Growing number of trainers believe that massage can provide an extra edge to the athletes who participate in high performance sports."
Neuromuscular Massage
Neuromuscular therapy consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm. The massage therapy pressure is usually applied with the fingers, knuckles, or elbow. Once applied to a muscle spasm, the pressure should not vary for ten to thirty seconds. Another major distinction between Deep Tissue massage and Neuromuscular Therapy is the treatment goal and number of sessions needed. Deep Tissue massages are mainly sought when the client is under stress and wants to relax, or when muscles are tight from workouts and immobility, and are typically scheduled on an “as needed” basis.
Lymphatic or Detox Massage
All lymphatic drainage treatments are based on the application of directional manual pressure to the limb and torso to assist in the drainage of excess lymphatic fluid. Lymphatic drainage massage is based on a single principal motion, with a straight stretch sufficient to open the initial lymphatics and stimulate the lymph regions, supported by a little lateral motion. Lymphatic drainage motions use stationary circles as their basis, with the emphasis on pushing the lymph towards the correct nodes. One of the defining aspects of any lymphatic drainage technique is the very lightest application of pressure. Helps to improve mood and combat anxiety, boosts body’s filtration system, and can increase energy.

I am also NOT a morning person so do keep this in mind.
